Cefund is a registered tied agent of Svensk Värdepappersservice i Stockholm AB (SVP), org. no. 556324–5447. SVP, which is supervised by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority according to the Securities Market Act (2007:528), reviews our advice and documentation – ensuring that we comply with the rules of the Swedish securities market. The review aims to ensure the quality of advice and to provide customers with the protection they are entitled to. Through the agency, Cefund can work with Strivo as a custodian institution that adheres to Swedish financial regulations for capital in liquid assets and investments in securities.
